Where is Talentwize hosted?
Talentwize is hosted in the Microsoft Azure platform and is delivered from the customer azure tenant, which mean you have full control of your system. If you are not using Azure, Wize can host it on it’s own azure tenant.
Can Talentwize connect to my current systems such as HRIS, LMS and others?
The Talentwize platform offers multiple integration points including file uploads, data exports via data base queries and API integrations.
Is Talentwize GDPR compliant?
Wize Solutions is committed to meeting all GDPR or other specific data protection requirements and will co-ordinate with Clients and our internal team to address requests such as Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR). Talentwize is fully compliant with GDRP.
Can I configure Talentwize to meet my specific needs?

Can I create / update my own assessment and learning?
Yes, Talentwize enables you to create your own learning hub, courses, and skills assessments that align to your employees individual career journeys.
Does Talentwize support Single sign on?
Yes, Talentwize supports single sign on authentication that allows a user to log in with a single ID and password.
Where is data stored and how is it secured?
Customer data is stored in Microsoft AZURE data centers. Our data storage policy is location-agnostic, ensuring we can assist our customers in maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks and requirements and to manage data sovereignty issues if required by geographic restriction and location.
Data is encrypted at rest using AES 256 bit encryption and in transit via TLS1.2+. The encrypted Customer data is regularly backed up in AZURE facilities.
